Removal of some E.U shipping destinations.

Shipping to a number of EU countries has now been cancelled and is no longer a selectable option.

*Edit:

Shipping to Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Malta and Sweden has now been restored.

Orders shipping to countries outside of the E.U will be unaffected by these changes.
